I am the author of Big When, Little When – a book about helping Health and Front-line Care Professionals achieve a greater balance between their work style and their life style.

I have been passionate about developing people, projects and processes for the past 12 years. My corporate experience spans the public, private and 3rd sector where I have coordinated large-scale training events, advised chief executives and government agencies, and project managed teams, committees and governing bodies.

It was my involvement with health and the emergency services that inspired me to write a book to both recognise the hard-working men and women on the front-line, and to give them the support they need to have a greater quality of life, and be at their best for their patients.

Many of my private clients are new business owners who tell me they are struggling to meet the demands of starting a company. My clients enhance their experience of personal or business coaching with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a set of techniques used to develop excellence in a new skill, such as sales confidence and public speaking, or to reduce fears, phobias, and limiting beliefs.  As a Qualified Practitioner in NLP, I support clients to explore their ways of being and thinking, identify patterns of behaviour and language that are holding them back, and then help them ‘re-program’ their intentions and ambitions in the right direction. With NLP, you will learn how to create a ‘success mind-set’ whenever you choose to access it.

Working as a performance coach is the perfect fit for me because I can help other people achieve their Quality of Life while also achieving mine. By the power of telephone and internet, I can be serving my clients at times that suit their schedule, or I can hop on a plane and be at their business location within a day.

One of my BIG passions is travel and property investment. I have an apartment and office on the Red Sea in Egypt where I love to scuba dive, watch the stars out in the desert, and explore the ancient ruins along the Nile.

When people ask what Quality of Life means to me, my escape by the Red Sea always brings a smile to my face.
